"Last year I had a hip replacement and wasn’t feeling very well. Since I moved to Meadow Ridge, I feel and sleep much better. I walk around the various walking paths on the Willow Valley campus every day. I use the Nu-Step machine in the exercise room and it’s helped me improve my health at 97 years old. I also like the fact that I can ride the Blue Bus around Willow Valley. I can visit friends who live in other Willow Valley buildings. I love the bus drivers. They are so friendly. Occasionally, I also ride the bus to the Cultural Center to eat lunch. Next week, I’m taking another Resident on the bus to show her how she can travel around Willow Valley to see friends, go out for lunch, or to a movie at the Cultural Center. I really like my apartment and the people here at Meadow Ridge."

"The care and services are excellent. The food is very good and we get to order from a printed menu, just like in a restaurant. The activity director offers a variety of programs which encourages participation and sometimes introduces new interests, as well as new friendships. Each of the four floors has an excellent computer for our use at any hour. I like that a washing machine, dryer and ironing board are available just down the hall from my apartment. It’s great that we have a hair salon available to us right in our own building. I’m very content living here at Meadow Ridge. It’s nice to know that my family has peace of mind knowing I’m well taken care of here at Meadow Ridge." Laurice Brundage
